My Story

Over the last 18 years I have worked in high technology in finance, sales, and operations roles. I've led complex projects at Google to provide insight and infrastructure to over 700 sales reps. At my first startup I was challenged to build up the operations function and lead the SDR team to grow 8x in under three years. It is so much fun to build and grow organizations.

But I never planned on doing this.

I didn't graduate from business school and said I wanted to be in Revenue Operations. It happened almost by accident. While at Google I helped to support a global organization in a finance capacity. At times it felt like I viewed the business from the rearview mirror. It was then I transitioned to a Sales Operations role to get closer to the front of the business.

At my first startup I taught myself several key hard skills including data engineering, CRM administration, and marketing automation. Not everyone gets to see rocketship growth so I consider myself lucky to have had some interesting battles. I have scars to show for it.

So I developed a course to share with those interested in furthering their careers. Rather than taking several "can I pick your brain calls" I packaged my years of experience into the courses RevOps Impact provides today. Hopefully you find value and a return on your career through it.

In addition to RevOps Impact I serve as Head of Revenue Operations at Regrow Ag where I can make a difference in securing food security and climate impact. Every week I publish a weekly Substack newsletter called The Revenue Engine. I serve as a strategic advisor for several early stage startups and provide limited consulting services when my schedule permits.A
